      Too noisy!

No air-con. Too near the main road, hence, very noisy at night or in the morning, even though location is quite convenient.

We flew into Munich late morning and after checking into our hotel we set off to look at Nymphenburg Palace. We have so many palaces and castles we will see on this trip and we know we don't have time to tour them all on the inside so we just walked around the grounds and gardens of this one. The palace used to be a summer residence for the rulers …

... lives were lost was just so hard to believe. I can't believe a place like this existed in this world. It was honestly hell on Earth. It was also scary to believe that I was standing in the same place where many lost their lives and feared to even see another day. After leaving, I realized how much more I love my home and how grateful I am to live in such great conditions. I value my life and well being so much more ...

... can see the entire festival. I didn't realize just how enormous Oktoberfest was until I saw the aerial view- it was spectacular. I managed to walk through almost every aisle and go into approximately 8 tents.
The tents are a massive explosion of beer (or course), waiters and waitresses bustling past everyone to fill orders, and usually some live music that fills the hearts and spirits of those within the ...
