    ... a 45 minute trip to aventuras mayas but we stopped along the way to pick up 3 more people. Bryce took a quick nap on the bus. I just looked out the window and watched everything go by.

    It's not a secret, my travel partner doesn't drink. Actually, it was a secret to ME. Every time we went out in Canada I thought she was always drinking Rum and Coke, but apparently those were just cokes. So I am very surprised she actually followed me in having a mimosa at the bar.     ... waters. Carlos was dangling something in the water that was attracting sharks to our boat. I couldn't believe my eyes when he casually said "they're sharks." There was countless sharks in the water, more and more but the minute, I was like 'are you insane.' Carlos casually informed us they were only nurse sharks & they were completely harmless to humans. That aside they were still at least 2.5 mts long, big enough and scary enough to raise all my hairs on end. ...

    ... We also swam through the cenote. Yes grandpa swam! Cenotes are water filled caves which required hardhats to prevent being bonked in the head by a stalactite! We were too tired to go out for dinner and too full from the excellent Buffet we had at XPLOR. All food and drinks were included. No alcohol served due to the physical risks involved. I drove while Bobbie held on to me and for half an hour we went buck wild over the choppy ocean waters having an absolute ball, to start with I was not going too fast because the water was pretty choppy and if you went too fast it felt like you could go flying off, until I got some confidence then we were hammering through the waves at almost full throttle.
