Firstly a story I forgot to mention yesterday, I recounted it to Matt his morning, when we walking off down to watch Marni at ski school. When Marni and I returned from the pool, she wanted to put the code in to open the alarm, so I said okay then, push "2", she then pushed "5". I said, "Marni, let mummy do this one and you do the next one. You pushed 5 instead of 2."
Marni replied "oh, how embarrassing" and walked inside. ...
... bottom and slowing down to reach the carpeted area. She was also getting on the rope lift on her own. She only had a couple of falls, usually due to a traffic jam on the rope lift when one of the kids had fallen over. We determined that in the afternoon we would try to reinforce the snow plough. (Marni had other ideas, but we will come back to that!)
Nanny and Grandpa went off to go and do the Aillouds blue run.

... back to the chalet at 5 again, they had met up with Ruben, whose Dad had already taken him down the blue run Chamois and up the button Chamois lift. So they took Brody down the blue run and up the button lift several times. I missed out seeing that, but would have loved to. Well done Brody!!
This evening we had a relaxing early night, challenging the wifi in the apartment and making plans, whilst sipping on the best homemade mulled wine. ...
... and niether Matt nor I were confident that we had double checked them in the ski rental place, so decided that we should go back and swap them. At about 3, Grandpa and I went off down the eggy lift with Marni, Grandpa kindly walked back and picked up the car to drive Marni and I back to the chalet and then he went off to swap her skis over for shorter ones. ... t even started. I ended up having to carry her, helmet, goggles and all!! It was pretty ordinary weather, rainy and overcast, but not cold, in fact I was pretty hot by the time we got there. Marni did do a little bit of walking, but really not much, I was very worried about taking her to ski school. Anyhow, we were just about to put her through the gate into the kiddies ski park when Daddy turned up - by this stage I had tears ...
