We decided that although we weren't hungry, we didn't want to go home just yet so we found a trendy and fairly happening wine bar, got a table in prime position for people watching in the main square.     ... before we need to meet the rest of our group so we decide to check out the McDonalds across from the Galleria. Only in Italy can you get a cappuccino in McDonalds. We take the elevator to the 2nd level (yes and elevator) and run into several more people from our group. As we sit and sip our cappuccino we wonder if maybe Hannah went to this same McDonalds when she went to school here in Milan.
