    ... but found the steep narrow wet steps a bit daunting. Dave has been riding a bit as well. Kids had great fun just exploring and throwing rocks into the river in the valley. Quaint old steam train here too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and have had awesome weather. One day of thunderstorms but then the next day 32 and then 36 degrees!! ...

    Great town in Massif Central. Close to Anduze another great town. Aire was brilliant. Relaxed and friendly right next to steam train Gare. We like this place a lot. We arrived early to see that a car boot sale was in full swing so Clive set about looking for his two most wanted items.     After a thundery night, we decided to use the opportunity of a cloudy day to do some sightseeing. First of all we headed to Avignon, which was bigger and much more touristy than we expected. The walled town was very elegant, but you couldn't really see much due to all the people. We were pleased with our cheap lunch from a Carrefour version of Greggs!
