    We biked up to Altea old town to see the church with blue tiled roof. Beautiful from the outside but not so good inside. The surrounding streets were full of artisan shops and a few small cafe's with excellent coffee. Bikes down again and along the front for lunch but found ...

    ... land which goes around the mar menor. It was very quiet and not much was happening there but it was still a cool place with the Mediterranean sea on one side and the mar menor on the other. The sunset was amazing over the mountains on the way back. Both the sunsets and sunrises here are very nice and they are beautiful colours!

    Christmas Day arrived...a wonderful sunny and very warm day. My brother David and his wife Davina had arrived at David's apartment in time to celebrate with me. We had A DECORATION.
