    We then continued down the opposite flank before joining a farm road that took us back toward our cars. We stopped to replenish our water bottles before we carried on to a nice lunch stop before approaching our next peak.

    Today's hike was billed by Bill as an easy one and indeed it was a lovely easy walk over 11KM with delightful views and company.

    Ours was a small but happy group, Bill, Roger, Claire, Lars and myself enjoyed a nice pace covering the distance in less than 2 hours and 45 minutes with stops for a "banana break" and lunch.

    ... very satisfying. We were encouraged to add a spoonful of flax, wheat grass or spirulina if desired. There was fourth one...can't remember what it was.

    I found myself even enjoy beet juice (as a part of many of their juices) which was quite a surprise. I'll add some photos of the daily offerings and juices to this blog so you can see some of our choices.

    We were happy to see Dany at the airport after a long day of travel. This morning Maria took us to the hospital on her way to work (to check my INR), we walked to the train station to make a reservation for tomorrow to meet Mike Spiller in Madrid, and caught a tram back to the Esteban's home. Today we are doing laundry and packing for the Camino de Santiago. We plan to stay in Madrid overnight and travel to Pamplona on Sunday. So far we've traveled 14,001 ...
