In the end, this Hostal Milan was good in first impressions, but not so much in follow through, lacking in toilet paper, soap, any helpful information or maps. Regardless, we enjoyed our short stay in La Serena, taking long walks to the beach, forty minutes from our hostel by foot, playing in the sand, stopping for ice creams and taking in the plentiful street entertainment nearly every time we ...

A travel blog entry by kittysheeran on Nov 16, 2013

We had a walk along the high street today to try and find some new track suit bottoms for Chris and some shoes for me (so that I don't have to wear my massive walking boots in the evening but have warmer shoes than flip flops!!) In the end ...
