... quaint buildings and huge fake 'toony' hills that towered over this 'world'. We sat for a while on a bench just watching the people hurry past, children tugging at their Mum's shirts begging for a ride on this, or this toy, or popcorn, or an icecream. Harried fathers making sure their children were drinking enough water, older brothers and sisters looking around and wondering where they'd go next, young couples walking hand in hand towards adventurous rides and ...

... in California. It was a nice easy start to the day even if I did feel motion sick just from that. We then decided to go on the Grizzly River Rapids because we though that if we were going to get wet/soaked we'd have the rest of the day to dry off. Luckily we didn't get too wet, unlike the poor little lad on the rapid with us! He wanted to get wet though so that didn't matter to him. And they had a robot Simba in the parade which looked great. Disney was big on robotics and it shows, miles better than what we have in our ...

      ... Mexican restaurant called
“Tortilla Jo’s”. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you like Mexican
food. The staff was very friendly and the food was great! After dinner we
watched the fireworks and then headed back to our hotel to go swimming.

Thank you everyone for following along on
my Cali Adventure. Stay tuned because I see more shopping and Mickey Mouse in
      my future.

... a local bus 43 to Chapman Ave and saw the Target signage. The fare was $2 each. The store was huge but DS has the ability to suss out the aisle where the cards are stored. Lo and behold his eyes lit up and he said this was a great store. We left Target with a box of Joey Wheeler Yu Gi Oh cards and a sense of triumph in our veins.
