... The Older church is no longer used but well maintained. It has exposed original mosaic flooring in places and frescos cove parts of the walls,. Some of these are in fairly good condition. There is a large wooden cross on one wall with somewhere below it where the locals can light a candle. It turns out that this is the Baptistry of the Newer church. The newer church next door is very ornate. A man is playing the organ so we do not take any photos or stay long. The TD ...

What A Night!

meal after dinner. Unless you WANT to be his dessert, you dont have
much choice besides letting them have ...

amazing meals, drinking good micro brewery beers and getting to know Cristina's friends and lifestyle.

I even got to see 'The Last Supper' by Leonardo Da Vinci. This was an amazing surprise from Cristina as it's usually a few months waiting list to get in. They only ...

This won't be a long blog entry, I only want to say that today I went to a village called Cantu in the Lombardia region of Italy (where I am staying), and it was interesting! More people on the street spoke Italian to me - people really like to make conversation here! Not sure what they were saying, whether it was polite or not, but oh well I said "Si" and smiled and nodded anyway. The people working in the shops were not so nice in Cantu though, when I asked the lady ...
