      ... people in at a time for a maximum of 15 minutes. The amazing thing about this artwork is that during the second world war the entire building was destroyed in a bombing, except for the one wall with the painting on. They have now rebuilt around it and created a high tech temperature controlled room to keep it safe from decay.

      ... went half way up onto the roof. Brilliant visibility. The Bernina Express Train finished it's journey in Tirano. We thought it would be a crime not to have gelato sincere we were now in Italy. We waited for about an hour and a half to catch the Bernina Express bus to Lugano, Switzerland. Tirano is just a little town, it would have been ideal if we could have just caught a train from Tirano to Milan but no regional trains leave from there. We would have had to of ...
