    ... which are caves. These caves have been open for tourists since 1818. It is one of the worlds biggest and amazing caves. The cave is 21 km long but we will only see 5 km and has many tunnels and galleries. To get into the main viewing area we have to take a train into the cave for 2 km then walk a kilometres through the galleries then return on the train. The temperature inside is only 10 degrees and wet so we done solid footwear ...

    ... for tomorrow.

    To get back to the hostel from the we took a two hour detour walk through the local park. It has a ton of hiking trails and different places to explore. We just kept taking the trails that led upwards...of course. We had to make it to the top most point of the park. We actually made it to the top just in time to watch the sunset. It was another red sky at night... so I hope we have good weather again tomorrow. We found a brick tower ...

    ... in Venice who thought it was arthritis in the spine and gave me some drops to stop me coughing (turns out the last thing he should have done).

    We were checking out at the Hotel in Bled, me not feeling too well, when I did what I describe as a lady like swoon to the carpet; in reality it was probably more like me hitting the floor like a ton of bricks.

Our final destination would be the majestic, Triglav National Park that we had been admiring for the past couple of days in Ljubljana.     Dropped suitcases at Samsonite repairers and headed to Lake Bled Walked around lake 4 miles and had coffee and Lake Bled cream cake at cafe with view of lake. Rowers doing time trials Lots of trout No fishing but there were trout fishermen with tents and twin lines on stands and khaki coloured gear. Very professional looking. Villas on the lake and others above the lake. Church on island popular for weddings Wooden rowing boats and pletnas Rowing regatta? Time ...
