    ... busy. Anyway, it proved to be very easy to catch a taxi on the street in spite of my anxiety and sore feet. Finished the day with a couple of Budweiser's at the bar 4 doors along from our hotel after watching an amazing sunset from our window. Venice rocks on a Saturday night!     Yesterday was golf and shopping again. We had a late golf tee time and only just got in at dusk. Bob and I played with his regular partners, Santiago and Nevin.     Ok so it's been a while, let's hope my memory serves me well. Where did I leave things? Hating the Fashion District in downtown LA? LA redeemed itself with Melrose Avenue. I mean, that road could even turn me into a shopper. Not that I bought anything. Well, I bought some socks. Sock and roll baby (see what I did there?).     So right after boarding I looked for the purser (for those who don't know: chief flight attendant) to ask him about a more spacious seat. What he answered was very pleasing to hear. He said he knows that all the seats in the emergency exit rows were taken, but after boarding finishes he would check "up front" if there are any available seats. (Note: there are only Premium Economy and Business Class seats there -> Upgrade, yay!).
