I was absolutely fascinated by it, could have spent all day exploring the buildings and stuff. Just really makes me wonder what is the story of the place. It was kind of eery at the same time. ... in line at each cash register, while the others went back and forth as an assembly line bringing more box wine.

Later we found a place that was open for dinner past 6 and before 830, which is a challenge. Abby really got screwed as she ordered some blue cheese croquettes, and the waiter kindly informed her they were out of the blue cheese ones but offered her the crab variety. She agreed, and well, I suppose she should ...

Today was a fun day and full of surprises.

We were up by 5, and walking by 6. It seems the rest of the pilgrims were catching on that you really had to be up early if you wanted a bed later. I say this because we were not the first ones up, in fact several groups left before us!

    This hostel had ...
