... dinner at Dal Moro's. There I had the four cheese pasta. After dinner, I went on a gondola ride on the Grand Canal for $104. It was very dazzling at night. The gondolier enchanted the experience by singing the entire time. The gondola lasted for 40 minutes, which flew by fast. After the gondola ride, I went back to my hotel for the night.

... for about 5 minutes and then return to the lounge. We decide to have an early lunch and snag a table by the window. I have lots of salad and Edie has a small helping of pasts salad then a big helping of some sort of pastry and custard. We then part ways, me back to the laundry ( I have better luck this time ), and Edie to get her hair cut. At 3.00 we went up to the pool deck to watch Top Gun on the big ...

    Keep Calm and Carry On

... into it for the first time today. So ridiculous! Also got charged 2 euros to sit outside at a caffe. And booked flights to Barcelona that charged us 25 euro to check our bags! What a joke ! Although Italy is beautiful, they definitely know how to rip you off. Lets just say I will be spending well over my planned budget... Anyways, look out for an update after the hospital tomorrow and once we make it to Verona! Can't wait to see Juliet's balcony ...
