In a nutshell- Cousin Corrado took us all over Lake Como, including to the castle where they filmed Casino Royale, and George Clooney's place! He took us up the mountain side. We always thought that we were at the top, but then we went higher! We went for a walk around the area. We went down to S. Segmente for an expresso and then up into the hills. We also went to Lugano Lido where Corrado works in Switzerland for a fun day of swimming. The ...

Next time, I will be sure to book a room in town and not ...

For example, usually back home, when the person you are having a meal with goes to the restroom, you usually reach for the phone and start looking at email, texts, or Facebook to entertain you. I'm rediscovering the joy of just people watching, by not having the phone as an ...

... s daughter (Jasmine) has been studying in France for a big chunk of 2015 and decided that she would marry her fab Italian fiance before they both headed back to oz. When we booked our trip we didn't know anything about the wedding but luckily the wedding was last night and we fly out tonight. It was an amazing affair in downtown Verona - the venue was a small room in a historic art gallery followed by dinner at an amazing restaurant that has ...
