When we awoke this morning, we could hardly believe it. The weather system that had passed through yesterday ushered in very cool, dry air and clear skies. The high temperature might have reached 68-degrees later in the afternoon, so we took advantage of the ideal conditions and decided to ride the bus to the Luxembourg Gardens, one of our favorite spots in Paris.

Whatever the cause, finding 2 seats together was increasingly difficult, and people were increasingly covetous of any open seat. So we made sure we always had one of us there to guard ours.
