    On 9/26 we again deviated from our original plans in order to travel back Guarda to see the festivities involved in bringing the cows down to lower pastures for the winter.     By our second day we had the bus/train system mastered...we knew where NOT to get off the train. First stop was at Morteratsch at a local cheese factory where they make cheese the traditional way with milk from cows that graze high in the mountains.     Hi everyone, we are in my favorite place outside of America :-)!!! Italy!!! We left Garmish, Germany this morning at 8:00 and took the Bernina Express through the Swiss and Italian alps to just across the Swiss border into Tirano, Italy.
