Packed for a day at sea, we drive out the coast - about a 1hr, 45 minute drive. No picturees yet as we took our small cameras on our mini-cruise and have no method to transfer our photos from the small ones without a computer... so these pictures will be an addition after the blog. Except I will try to upload some pictures from google images.

University people everywhere with the Uni scattered throughout the town in a variety of buildings, lovely really. The river is wide and powerful, as all in the area, with delightful buildings wall to wall on ...

We are sad to leave La Spezia, the people here are so nice and the place is very quiet and beautiful. However, we must start making our way down to Rome. The next stop is a little place inside a National Park called Tamalone.

The scenery on the way down is gentle rolling hills with plenty of agriculture. We are getting more and more olive trees and grape vines. We are definetly back in Italy. Our next place is a self catering place. We are met by ...

Note on yesterday's blog. I do apologize for the mis-spellings, and incorrectly stating that we had lunch after Ventotene and Ponza. Obviously, we had lunch somewhere after Ventotene, and before Ponza, because we spent the night there. Shortly after midnight, like 12:30a.m., I. Was awakened by the roughness, and jostling of Milena, while at anchor. It felt like we were moving. I lay awake looking at the ceiling, until I heard Jacques go ...
