We've been out of internet for about 9 days (the ship’s internet is unworkable) and in the Baltic countries the internet would disconnect after every 30 seconds of use (guess that’s why their Internet signs said 'Free Wi-Fi…sometimes’ (seriously)! So, I’ll try to update (back date) as best I can. It’s amazing how ‘disconnected’ one feels when there is no ‘connection’ to the wired world we live in today!

night, over a period of about 36 hours, our ship has travelled about 460 miles
from Venice to Kotor in Montenegro.

So we could see Kotor, as we
would arrive in the morning, we requested breakfast in our room. We ...

I woke up after a few hours of on and off sleep and felt a little bit better. I've decided that I’m definitely going to stay tonight here, and might also stay tomorrow night too. I am not actually staying in Kotor, I’m in another little village called Prcanj. It is only 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) from the old city of Kotor. I walked to the old city this morning so I could check out the view from the other side of the ...

... point today, which is a beach town about 45 minutes away. The bus runs every half hour so I'm not particularly concerned about timing. It's still pouring rain out, so I probably won't see much of Budva. It's mostly a beach town anyways, so it doesn't really matter too much. The hostel I'm in now has a sister hostel there that I might just go to and hang out in all day. It'd be nice to find a good book to read on my kindle though. I've been picking up parts ...
