... primared panelling. She's beautiful! Today I walked down to the marina after breakfast and helped fill the many nail holes that pepper the fish tank hold in the hull. During the night the ship changed course for Mallorca in order to carry out a medical evacuation of a passenger. No word just rumours of the condition of the passenger evacuated. A nice day but a bit blowy so deck quoits and shuffleboard comps were cancelled since they take place on the top deck of Adonia. Therefore we spent a relaxing day around the ship. Dress code for tonight's dinner is Black & White night. ...

... They liked coming here for the sea breezes. It is high on a hill and overlooks the harbour. We stop for a washroom break and some snapshots of the harbour.

Back on the bus and we head to the center of the city where there is a real live bull ring. They actually still have bull fights here as they have in days gone by. This is actually a relatively new structure, dating from 1929. It has three levels and looks kind of small if you ask me. Not ...

... a couple of hours wandering the streets. it is a very beautiful and clean city with lovely narrow lanes and nice shops. On our way back to the shuttle we stopped at a street side restaurant and enjoyed A glass of sangria while checking the wifi. The shops here suggest a well to do clientele and that is supported by the number and quality of the pleasure craft in the Marina. The Cathedral looked a magnificent site but unfortunately we did not have time to visit. ...

... very rocky with no sand. We braved cooling off in the sea, which was great, but getting in and out of the water was anything but graceful - even for the girls! We escaped without slipping and breaking anything and headed to Port de Soller. I wanted to see the sunset here another time before heading home - we missed the sun actually going behind the hills, but the colour of the sky was still beautiful and we chilled with a jug of sangria for an hour ...
