          ... the fish and the steak- amazing! We cleaned both plates. We were treated to a drink of the homemade house-liqueur: mint herbs liquor. It was sweet and minty (just the right combination, with a little bitterness from the herbs) and it both cleansed the palate, while also hugging the stomach from the inside.           ... that anyone could be that inconsiderate in the midst of the deep deep countryside but I guess there are chavs everywhere. Extraordinary that city people would travel so far into the wilderness to act like…well…city people. Next morning we had had enough and decided to get back to plan A which was to head south on the Ruta de la Siete Lagos.
