... with only about 3 hours driving..lol Farewell France..again. I can't say I will miss the scenery since leaving 'Chambury'. Majority of the drive had been long roads starting with vast areas of vineyards followed by vast areas of farm land with few dotted villages. I would like to say I'll be back again one day and not just for the arriving in and out of Calais. We have seen a lot of France but there is still so much we have missed and a return to Paris is top of my ...

There are loads of cycle routes all of varying difficulties mainly red or black – meaning fit or athletic!! We had a mixture of the ...

... we will have to pay a one off Swiss tax of over 40 euros and also do not have our passports on us. We have travelled just 9 Kms into Switzerland but far enough to see the cow bells, the cuckoo clocks and the Swiss chalets. Coming back to Chamonix we see amazing mountain scenery going through these villages. Later that day we go to La Houche and explore other areas around ...

... We have to be up and out by 7:00 tomorrow, and I wanted to make sure we get a good meal in. They had a community pilgrim meal that randomly placed you with 6 travelers. It was awesome and reminded me of eating at dinner on a cruise ship, but Nic quickly reminded me she wouldn't have to walk 17 miles uphill on a cruise! LOL! I am absolutely loving meeting all these people. I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings! Buen Camino! Hardest day ...
