World Press Photo is an annual competition of photographs which have been used in the press to document world events, the Tsunami, the Arab Spring and the Mexican drug wars all features heavily but there were also some more light-hearted nature and sport shots. A great show and a real inspiration to keep on snapping, one day maybe we can be in the right place at the right time to get an iconic snap!

... city a bit. A group of us went to a cafeteria that had a serve yourself buffet type deal. It was pretty nice but the staff were a bit worried that some of us didn’t understand how it worked as they didn’t grab any meat, they just had vegetables, once again vegetarians confused them.
