Typical high rise chain hotel that has been around a while, nice and clean but looking a little tired. it served its purpose. breakfast was ok but nothing to rave about, to be fair I think a bus load had just left so the food was a little cold and not replenished totally so we felt like we had the left overs. the staff were great and in reality we would stay here again, as it better the devil you know than the one you don't

... br> Valencia is a lovely city, there is a dried river bed that has been developed into a sports park and recreation area, and when the sun is out it's great walking up through here to the old city. Really enjoyed my week off, and Polly made it really good fun as she likes to explore, and she's really easy to hang out with.

Sooooooo I bet your really keen to know what this exciting place was. Well......... its not really a touristy kind of thing more like some entertainment. ...
... hit the beach and go for a swim. We arrived at the Mediterranean and washed off the sweat in the luke warm water. It really was pretty dirty and the sand was covered in cigarette buts. Everyone seemed to smoke and throw their butts on the sand. The water was murky and very brackish. This didn't seem to worry the crowd as the beach was packed with wall to wall of bronzed bodies in all shapes and sizes, as well as a few red as a lobster out of ...
... rice paddies all along the outskirts of the lake making it smaller and smaller, and due to the water run off from the rice fields it has turned from a salt water lake into a fresh water lake that is very polluted by the run off from the towns and the pesticides used on the farms. The park is about 50,000 acres and the lake covers about 100 acres. One of the main jobs of the conservation project is to clean the water of the lake by pumping it through green ...
