... cause 7 flights of stairs with my 2 bags (Which I call my 2 bags, my life) would have made me burn more calories then I have burn all year. Not to mention I probably would have had to stop every third step to take a breather. I just lift weight fellas, no marathon runner here!

... travel day. Up and out for a run to the beach for Casey and I and Sean had a great walk and swim at the beach. Great way to start a long boring day at airports.
Bye Barcelona, connection in London before our 11.5 hr flight to Bangkok. Landed in 34 humid heat and settled into our apartment in central city. Finished to day with a great Thai meal and much needed massage. 5 happy travellers off to bed before exploring tomorrow.
