After breakfast left the Ibis Hotel and drove up the coast to Trebeuren a small seaside resort then down the coast passing through lots of little seaside towns with lovely big beaches. Locquirec is a particularly nice small seaside resort. Had the best coffee since leaving home at a little seaside village called Michel Le Greve then continued driving along seaside villages with a large expanse of beach. It was a rainy old day today which contributed to a real end of adventure feeling, mostly for me I think but others were probably feeling it too in their own ways. The rain in the morning meant we were all stuck in Sven, Tim was busy entertaining his grand-daughters and Jess was loading pictures onto the blog and I was just moping about feeling a bit caged in. We are not far from Roscoff so the drive didn't take too long and as we were looking for a park we passed people with wheelbarrows full of onions, obviously picked up from the festival. I really just enjoyed watching. I still can't get over the phenomenon of tides.

Brian finished his session beaming. Every time, after every session, he tried to get me to put on my wet suit and give it a go. I was already cold and there was no way I would get in the water and try to kite at a new site while feeling chilled. I was perfectly happy just watching.
