    Phew, what a day. After overnight rain the temperature in Berlin was a lot cooler than yesterday. That said it was still in low 20s so very pleasant.

    Samson and I picked up the car and managed to navigate our way back to the hotel to pick up G&G. We then headed south towards Colditz Castle.     ... the museum were wide ranging and it was even possible to play a variety of recordings to hear examples of various instruments from a variety of time periods.     ... early September. I then walked back to the apartment under the light of a full moon. Along the way I did make a wrong turn, so I guess this may have been the closest that I have been to being lost since arriving in Germany.     ... afternoon when there was a concert at Nikolaikirche. From the advertising on the church I was expecting an organ concert, however it was a combination organ and Blechbläser (brass) concert. The small brass orchestra consisted of about 25 musicians. One of the members really stood out.
