      ... quite far before I found it but I was confident that even though thee was no ATM that they would be able to give me cash if I went inside. NOT SO MUCH. So, after much back and forth and phone calls, the realized at Juan at the butcher shop next door had a Smart adapter for his iPhone.       ... and we enjoyed a nice lunch together in Villa Vella. It is a very nice hotel. The owner was sweet and gave us maps and souvenir pens. Everyone in this village was very nice and we spoke with some men who had worked in Germany. Next stop was o Pereiro. Again, really nice men helped me get a drink at the fountain and fill my water. It is very beautiful here but the walk is very hard. I ...

Check me out I'm on a campsite way up in the mountains having been bathing in two different sets of thermal waters (an old Roman site and then a river which had thermal currents).....then I splashed about like a fool clambering up a mountain stream.....then I walked up a mountain and then I became very tired and that's why this is all your getting.

      We had booked a night in a place called Chaves (which we assume is pronounced like the leader of Venezuela and not plural of "chav") this was to break up the drive on our way towards Porto in Portugal.
