After that I went to a local store to pick up a few souvenirs (including my own Spanish iPhone case!), and then after picking up a few more friends, we headed down to the beach! Looking out at the brilliant silvery white cotton wool clouds in anticipation of spotting a harp playing angel soon gave way to clear skies as we past over the Bay of Biscay and ship spotting took my attention.
As we reached the Canaries the black volcanic rock of the mountains soon gave way to beach fringed blue seas next we were down, through ...

    Week3---WEEKEND---week4

... fourth weekend! I got burned pretty badly on every part of my body, and I'm just now beginning to peel all that skin away, but it was so worth it. We only have one more weekend here before we all go our separate ways, so I'm really thankful that I got to have a great one with my friends. It's so crazy to think that two weeks from now, I won't even be here anymore! I'm dreading leaving the island, but I also can't wait to see my girlfriend and family again. Here's to an awesome weekend!
