Both sexes have horns so that is very difficult to tell males from females. They eat whatever vegetation they can get and we saw them eating alder and beech branches. They apparently are quite nimble in the rocks, having the mystique of ninja but can also mundanely plough through snow chest ...

Luke took kids out today and I stayed at the hospital all day. Kids went to the castle in Matsumoto and pottered around. I will get those photos tomorrow. Mason is improving daily. He had his second round of physio today and was up on his crutches. Fingers crossed he keeps improving. ...
