We spent a few days at this coastal town, about 5 hours south of Buenos Aires, as a stopping off point to Puerto Madryn. The weather was lovely so we had a couple of very long walks on the beach, along with a few good seafood dinners. As we were off-season the town was quiet but there were enough people there for the weekend to make it feel lively enough. A really attractive place to chill out for a couple of days.

We´re having a great time so far. We´re having some trouble finding an internet cafe that will allow us to upload pictures, but we´ve got plenty when the time comes. We haven´t met any other Norteamericanos yet and everyone thinks we look European - not bad for us. After the comfort of our first bus journey, our second journey was on a bus which was a little shabby although the journey was a lot shorter (only 7 hours). Rather than films our entertainment consisted of a crazed Argentinian family (or maybe church group?) that burst into song with guitar accompaniment. ... to sit and talk. After trimming and de-bearding we went to a parilla that Jesus and Omar were playing in and had a fab dinner as we listened to their crazy, loud Argentine music. It was a lazy few days and we enjoyed hanging about and not doing too much of anything. Luckily it wasn´t until our last night that Los Amigos camp club for kids invaded our site and literally surrounded our tent. Think we picked a good day to leave.
