... lake looked a Limey green colour. I'm sure to do with the rocks around it. All the lakes are different colours. Jack had told me that you could walk along the ridge around the outside of the lake. It didn't look to me as if there was a path but once we got walking you could see the path. Not many people walk along there so it was nice. We got really close to the glacier. This took about another hour. Jack wanted to explore further but I was quite happy where I was, so I sat on ...

... all, we are, aren't we? It was a beautiful day and the vistas were simply stunning from the minute we boarded the bus. The big features were Mt Fitz Roy again but also “Cordon del Bosque”. Once down again we boarded the bikes and headed back to town. It was an undulating gravel road through beech forest, and we stopped for a picnic lunch a few other times for photos of the ...

... along the trail, but there was always a wisp of cloud obscuring the view. Just as you'd think it was about to disperse it would reform. The *******. The last 3km was pretty much straight up, with an ascent of 400m over that distance to bring the total height to 750m. The view here was decent, but the stubborn cloud remained. Another ten minute walk away was another vantage point that was much better. This was due to the fact that it also gave access to views of ...
