We just visited Sitges, a lovely Mediterranean town by the sea: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ …
Peniscola and enchanting fortress town

Brilliantly furnished, helpful staff and a great location. The breakfast included was balanced and delicious.
The interior and the exterior look like what you would get if an hacienda married a ship.
