    ... a ravioli stuffed with cheese and autumn mushrooms. They then brought a trolley of about 20 different cheeses, which we both love!!! I selected three different, and Eldon selected three different than I chose. They served the cheese with either nut bread or fruit bread. They then brought us each 6 different tastes of fun little one bit desserts. We then had an ice cream beer served on, what I thought was jello, but jello like I've never had it ...

    ... freeway for about 5 miles. The GPS said it could save us a half hour if we took a different route, so we did that. Apparently everybody elses GPS told them the same thing. We spent a good hour in bumper to bumper traffic until we got to our hotel. It is a very nice room though, the biggest room we have ever had in Europe. Tomorrow, we look around Strasbourg and on Sunday we head for Verdun.

    ... with Marie-Ange and then I headed out to meet up with my new friends at an Irish pub called Dubliner's. I met some more of Pauline and Kevin's friends and we passed a wonderful evening playing a game called Baccalaureate. This is essentially the same game as Scategories. We played with both English and French words, which was a blast as I taught my new french friends some fun American words/phrases like "funny bone" and "spaghetti squash". :-)
