    Today we decide to take a road trip East to Luxembourg!. It's about 150kms away, and there's a pretty good road there, so we take our mighty Ford and hit the highway. We stop for breakfast in a roadside eatery, which is quite acceptable. We get to Luxembourg about 11.45 am, find a park and head into town. It's a very civilised city, with a good standard of living and lots of young public servant types around. It's apparently the third richest country in the world, with only 100,000 ...

    ... day, weather forecast was shaky we tried to get back on the fastest track which is route 2. Otherwise we would have combined 3 and 5. Upon arrival on Kirchberg heavy rain started, our choice was good.

    On route 2 in Hostert signs show two alternative directions. The one with less altitude change is via Holstert village (not route nationale).

    ... strange testing facility. A few snaps were taken, but this was cut short when a security car showed up in the distance. Time to leave then ... Next was a trip to Weeze and Goch, where the Stafford clan lived during the late 70s and early 80s while my Dad (Antony) was serving in the Royal Air Force.     ... I have only heard amazing things and cannot wait. From there, for now it may change I am not sure, the plan is to go to Brussels to hang out as well as Bruges because my host sister goes to school there and wants to show me and my roommate Elle around! I think it would be a fun way to start the journey and ease into using transportation in different countries throughout Europe and booking hostels each weekend.
