... anyway. Robert found out that if we parked at central station, we could get a free bus into the city of Brugge, so we set the gps for the central station and off we went.

Brugge was only about 17km away from Oostmarkt, where we were staying at hotel Roodhof. Arrived at the parking station, and by this time, the sun had even come out.

... but I was able to get a vegetarian tomato sauce.   It stays light so late here that walking home was more easily done than negotiating the tram system with the lousy machines!  We got home and fell into bed exhausted and ready for another cycle in the morning. The NH hotel, while not as central as it could be, was really nice. We had a large room with a pull-out for Maya and the walk into town was only about 15 minutes.  Breakfast was THE BEST. See next ...
