Nice to chill out in the space of the gite and the private grounds - had a wander in the forest and nearby river (but avoided the quicksand after the owners warning) and a swim in the lovely pool. It is a short walk across a field with it's own little summer house fully equipped with shower, kitchenette and BBQ - very cool! I was under the weather with a tummy bug which started on Friday night and has lingered so nice to take it easy.

... see this historic old church, dating back to the 9th century and containing relics os St Martin who lived in the 8th century.
