    Lunch with an old friend

A travel blog entry by daniel.swiss on Jun 10, 2015

Today I had lunch with an old friend of mine, one of the last people I still know at my first employer. We remembered the "good old days", and we caught up with the kid's stories. I realized that his youngest is now 15; the last time I saw him, he was ...

Walked out in the end. Bill €70. Would have preferred a McDonald's. Aix les Bains very busy but this B & B is lovely. Very old ...

Won a golf tournament at work - finally nailing a consistent round with a work colleague Daniel. The Montreux jazz was in full swing, the Gymnastrada ...

... out the Palace des Nations isn't open for visitors today (even though we were told it was). So we headed back into town to explore the old city area. Not much to look at really in Geneva...some expensive shops but thats about it. The shops are all closed today anyway because its Sunday. Its like a ghost town everywhere we walk. The Maison Tavel museum ...
