Today we visited Chateau Chillon , a 12th century castle. It has been restored to an amazing level. Think Larnach Castle x 5. We detoured to the Nestle chocolate factory tour in the town of Broc then popped into Gruyere to watch some cheese making then next stop Gstaad A very upmarket ski resort/ town. ... and felt a bit like the 'Monarco' of Switzerland. It has very plush hotels, mansions, Casinos and lots of glitzy, expensive shops. Also a beautiful walkway along the lake.

... was such a cute place, and we went to a chalet for a special traditional fondue lunch. It was divine. We had pots of melted cheese on the table and dipped bread, hams, pickles & potatoes into the delicious cheese. We were so full afterwards, but our culinary journey didn't end there.
