      ... in that the food is very nice, and very rich, and we are pretty sick of it. Salads and soups are very popular with us during the day. Dinner we pick. We are cooks, cleaners, fixers, helpers, arrangers, shoulders, information service and general dogs bodies.Its not glamorous, or well paid. Be fair to say that PJ does the bulk of the work downstairs, and I mostly prep, cook, clean up stairs.

      In the GTA alone there are over 35,000 new homes built a year, and I can see in the next 5 years hundred's of those new homes built with modular homes. It just makes sense, they are built to the same code, built better, and cost $1000's less. The Modular wave is coming.

      woke to a wonderful view of the Lausanne lake. We drove down to evian and after much debating as to which wharf we wer to leave from. We finally found it and took the ferry over to lausanne which was beautiful until the girls found out that they would have to climb a hil to get to the centre of town. We wandered back down and had ice cream and fish and chips in a lovely cafe. A walk along the water gave us a chance for a few photo opportunities. Ferry back to ...

      The weather looked a bit dodgy but we headed out and caught the train back to Vevey, followed by a boat journey on Lake Geneva to Chillon Castle.       ... on Saturday and being closed all day Sunday!
      But we managed with leftovers from Friday and a fruit and vege store being open...so we have eaten quite well really. I was quite impressed with the pasta dish I concocted with eggs, onion,basil, garlic, cheese and tomatoes- (plus pasta) - with all the fresh ingredients it tasted pretty good!
