... all fit with some room to spare.
Another thing is that I do not have a tank bag. Very different for me...so i have no map to look at...just the GPS. I always use a map for the biggggg picture...gps can;t do that easily....its for navigating...the map is to figure out where to go and to double check the GPS...cause yup...they can route you in goofy ways....I had a couple of sessions like that and today would turn out to b one of them.
So I got loaded ...
... lunch while the rain came down and enjoyed our salads.
-after lunch I headed over to a chip shop to top off. It was pretty good and I didn't feel greased out afterwards.
-due to the rain, we decided to bail on the hiking plan and headed off for Bastogne to see a Battle of the Bulge museum. Turns out it was closed on Mondays so ...
... the self guided tour turned out to be just right and we enjoyed our visit. Namur had far surpassed our expectations. It was a great stop.
-we drove on to our hotel in Rochefort. Our host was a bit grumpy and the room had alot of road noise. A bit of a disappointment.
Today we drove about 200km in the ****ing rain ... Both wet till the bone!! Luckily we found a small camping with rooms for rent. The room is actually very big, with a kitchen included. After everything was unpacked, I enjoyed a warm shower after having very cold the whole day long. Afterwards we enjoyed a nice meal in the local restaurant. It is now 21.15h but I guess I will not be awake for a long time anymore. Sleep ...

At the barracks, we saw tanks, learned the history behind some of the places, and got to hold guns from both Nazi and American armies. The last part of the museum focused on Desert Storm.
