    ... br> So much of the town is around a town square that you can do this at your leisure. We had a nice lunch and did some shopping. (found some gifts to bring home) and Joe found an Antique shop where he was able to add to his collection of Antique Straight edge razors.

    ... have but it’s not his fault the company sent out an inexperienced person and he was nice, just ineffective as a guide who occasionally reverted to his hand written cheat sheet.

    I then checked out the market stalls at the cruise terminal – more of the same as we saw in the Old Town … similar prices tho’ not as high as they were around the Town Square. There were lots of people who were taking advantage of the free Wi-Fi too.

    ... all hide inside until just before midnight and then come out of the woodwork for the fireworks.

    We went home for a night of board games before midnight. Penny made it until 11pm, Tom and Leonie watched the midnight fireworks from our attic window overlooking the Old Town hall, and Kirky the intrepid traveller went out in the rain and watched from the square. What a great way to see in the new year.
