We chose a tagliatelle bolognese and a spinach, ricotta and walnut 'xxxx', simply served with drizzled olive oil and a sprinkle of parmigiana. ... thrown. Dave and James spent hours throwing the ball to each other - an essential Lonely Planet Uruguayan experience apparently. When the sun finally began to set around 9.30pm the views over the water were fantastic, especially as you could just make out the high rises of Buneos Aires on the horizon. On our second day we hired out a golf buggy and spent the day driving around the town. It was baking hot so we drove to a nearby beach and spent the afternoon ...

... text-size-adjust: auto;">We didn't do much else or see much else of the city. It seemed very much the same as any other city. We used it as a bit of a chance to catch up on washing and jobs etc.

We (David) also chose this city to be the one in which ...
