... was incredibly crowded probably because it was Good Friday so the beginning of the Easter weekend and lots of locals were going on holiday.
The flight to Puerto Montt was as the previous one had been, mainly over mountains and some volcanoes. The views of the volcano craters were fantastic.

I was slightly disappointed in not getting to Puerto Varas only because of the possible views of the snow covered volcanos to be seen from the town on a lake. Puerto Varas or "PurtoVa" as the locals say was beautiful and made so much better by staying with Paula. The town is really nice and the surrounding landscape is really stunning. Thank you Paula and Anay for an amazing few days, you're welcome in England anytime! Also, thanks to Carola for the recommendation and discount at our hostel in Puerto Natales!!
