... nightclub but it was a blast. We had the entire place and staff to ourselves. Jan and I danced with the ladies all night and it was pretty cool to realize the lessons were paying off. It was a lovely night of drinking, dancing salsa and eating ...

Cali is the salsa capital of South America, so when in Cali! We got ourselves a few private lessons at the hostel which were pretty amusing, especially when hungover and with a stroppy boy who is frustrated that he cant get the moves, we pretty much just giggled our way through the whole lesson, did not ...

... 5.30am of the night before... I could say that I was drugged, but considering that I was doing tequila suicides (sniff the salt, take the shot, squirt the lemon in the eye) during the same night, then I can not categorically say that it was not just the alcohol, yet I have my suspicions.
As I wasn't in any shape for any of the 4 hours of my classes that day, my teacher wasn't too impressed... But, to my credit, I gave it a crack anyway! Now these dance lessons ...
