    ... game and they spend no time drinking. I found it interesting that they really banged the dominoes down, no idea why - Brent do you know? Our hotel for the night is a 15th century hospital, and a beautiful setting. We got superior rooms that came with a view of the monastery. The walls are 3 feet thick and you can hear nothing from the hallways or the room next door. The rooms are big and spacious so I assume it was used as double or even quad rooms. The hospital was ...

    Our last meal in Portugal was a very rustic and typical one, in a tavern of Evora called Adega do Alentejano. I sampled the famous Porco Alentejana, which is cooked with clamshells, stir fried potatoes and lots of coriander and olive oil.
