    First day. Killed it

... want to participate and some of the students even put in some effort by the end of it.

All in all. A good first day, minus the fact that I had a rough night's sleep and therefore getting up before the sun for the first time in months was a bit difficult and in turn almost made me late! But! I made it in just before the bell and met with the teacher before going to the classroom. Tomorrow, I strive for my old self of being at least 5 minutes early. :D

... a perfect base for exploring. I was able to lose weight and relax, and squeeze in a bit of beach down time. I made some great friends on the retreat and we had a wonderful night out in Ibiza Town at the end of the week, but we all still came home feeling fitter and more refreshed. All in all a perfect week which proves that everything is good for you in moderation.

... t change the gear after that.

Rode 30 minutes to Saona Beach and on the way was a bit jealous of all the tourists going past on scooters! Oh well, at least we were getting exercise. Arrived and it was a lovely spot. A rocky bay with a nice deep sandy beach, only 130m along or so with really clear water. Hung there for a couple of hours, really relaxing and swimming. Lots of topless people as per usual including ...
