... Sampere. Throughout this life-changing experience, I have learned so much about myself, the world and the Spanish language and culture. In these six weeks I have learned to travel abroad, navigate foreign cities and be independent at only twenty years old all while using a foreign language. It is truly quite amazing when I think about it. Now that this adventure is complete I cannot wait to see where my next adventure lies.

    ... to try paella. We
ordered seafood paella and it was fantastic. All of the seafood was so fresh,
and while we ate there were various musicians in the street, and it was very
relaxing. After dinner, we went to get Italian gelato, at a place with very
high ratings. It was perhaps even more delicious than the gelato that I had in
Rome. It was the perfect way to end our trip in Alicante. One more day!

Muslims constructed it during the 9th century and called it Banu-lQatil. Castillan forces captured it in 1248, and
they changed its name to its present title. Several different periods of

... Furthermore, the museum had various exhibitions for temporary displays. The temporary display I saw showed various coins that were discovered off the coast of Alicante. This was my favorite exhibit because the coins on display were from all different time periods and based on the time period and place of origin, the coins had different shapes and designs. I advise anyone that visits Alicante to go to this museum and discover its rich history.
