    ... New York, a couple from Derbyshire, two women from Brighton, a guy from Essex and the tour guide Dylan's dad, ranging in age from about 40 to 60+. We had a quick spin along the beach front, weaving in and out between people, small dogs and random street furniture. It's always a nervous time seeing who's super fit. Some of the folk were very quick but I know they are not always the ones who make it to the end.

    ... we are parked next to a couple from Newcastle (Keith and Dot)!, they seem to have had a catalogue of disasters, including the failure of the domestic electrical system in the van, and, having the waste water outlet damaged. The local Campervan Garage have managed to fix the Electrics, but, they are having to wait for a part to fix the waste water outlet.

    ... conditioning and rinsing operation, and, the wash basin waste pipe becomes detached, soapy water everywhere!

    Fortunately, I am on-hand, and able to reconnect the pipe pretty quickly.

    Calm returns, and the French National Grid just have to put another Nuclear Power Station online to allow hair ...

    ... the hotel Aigua Blava finished off with crepes done a very unique way. Absolutely delicious though I can't say we've exactly been eating poorly in general. Until tonight that is. Tonight, Dad cooks. His only savior being, he has successfully roped Lance in to help. And by help I mean, do everything while Dad provides light entertainment. So for John, tonight is Maitai's, Sangria and limoncello, for dad..... Toast. ...

    ... its heights. The detail, elegance, beauty, colour and imagery was out of this world. Some of the pieces even had moving parts. The jewelled heart actually moved as if beating, the angels wings gently flapped, and the jewel window over a lady moved to open and close. Michael said if they had the real item in the gift shop he would have bought me something.
