An amazing medieval city of narrow cobblestone streets, churches (main being Santa Maria), fort, and shopping squares within a wall. The 'new,'Toledo also built in the old style. We did a walking tour with a Spanish guide around many streets and into the cathedral. Dinner is casual tonight so we'll head to the square. After dinner, strolled along the many streets leading from the Plaza Mayor to our ...

... distance to the old town, but the bus station is about an hour's walk away, so I just coughed up the 1.20 euro bus far and rode the 33. It was a pretty crowded bus ride as well, and took about 20 minutes so it wasn't that fun. At the bus station I got one of the last few tickets to Malaga on the 5 pm bus (there were even two buses leaving at that time!) for a little over 11 euro, which is pretty cheap. They have automatic ticket dispensers and it even shows ...

... have first class at all on this flight. I guess Southwest does that too, but this is British Airways, not usually a budget airline.

I saw some interesting planes in the Madrid airport - they were complete double deckers. Two rows of seats all the way from the front to the back. My flight from SEA->Heathrow was a 747-400, which is a partial double-decker from Boeing, but I wonder if these are Airbus planes.
