From Rotterdam on the ferry, slight hiccup over where we were supposed to be picked up from, rainy Hull, taxi ride, walk around some shops and an emergency phone purchase...we eventually made it to Beverley. Another circular walk today, up the coast to La Isleta del Moro, a fishing village that still maintains traditional fishing methods. It was inland to the town of Rodalquilar. Up until 1966, gold was mined here and we walked up past the now derelict gold mine. The walk took us through a large mining area evident by the occasional derelict buildings and tunnels going into the rock with signs warning of the danger of entering the mine.

    The path then climbed ...
